The Turning Point

My journey from frustrated fundraiser to consultant came from two distinct "aha" moments that now define my two solutions for nonprofits.

The first was at the Mary Lee Foundation. I saw firsthand that to truly inspire donors, you need more than just passion; you need a strategic plan. I built one from the ground up, not for a binder on a shelf, but as a living document that gave me a powerful story to tell—and a clear vision for donors to invest in. This became the "why" for my Fractional Leadership service.

The second moment was at Brookwood in Georgetown (BiG). I needed a specific donor report that our system just couldn't produce easily. The process took a full day—a day I didn't have. Instead of giving up, I built a custom AI tool. That day-long report? I got it done in under an hour. This became the "why" for my AI Automation service.

Why I Started This Agency

I founded Impact AI to solve both of these problems.

For the teams drowning in administrative work (like I was at BiG), I build AI Automation Systems that give you that "under an hour" feeling. We offload the repetitive work so you can focus on building relationships.

For the leaders who need a clear plan to inspire donors (like at the Mary Lee Foundation), I step in as a Fractional Leader. I provide the C-level strategy and vision you need, but on a part-time basis you can afford.

This mission is also deeply personal. As a single dad to a wonderful son with special needs, I understand the profound value of time and flexibility. Building a business that helps others achieve that same freedom isn't just a career move; it's a reflection of my own life.
